作品为竖长条幅构图，长134厘米，宽63厘米,如此尺幅可算是较大的作品了，非常难得。此图上端以淡墨淡彩画远山。几乎是上下纵笔直扫的皴擦，造就了高耸巍峨的巉岩险峰和山谷间似乎轰鸣有声的飞瀑流泉。下段的上部，墨彩稍重，先用类乎“卷云皴”的弧线，勾出较缓较低的山头巨石，再加浓墨点厾，成为山间簇簇杂木。此与远山皴法虽异，但又协调统一。这里起着上下过渡使画面完美的纽带作用。近景，则是墨彩最重也是最为鲜明的部分。此处潇洒率意而又不失劲健谨严的刻画，描出了多彩多姿的一片松林，挺拔有力，郁郁葱葱。松林中，特意留出空白，正好于此精细地刻画了三个人物，形成剪影效果，非常醒目。人物在这里是点晴之笔，两位老人似乎在探究登山之路，莫非就是寻找图画上端的山间悬瀑.也许还有寺庙、古迹等其他景点隐藏在山后.这一切当然得之于大自然的恩赐，其实更是先生宽阔的胸怀、澎湃的激情、磅礴的气势、深厚的学养和超凡的才情之充分的体现。

This picture, as a long vertical composition, is 134cm long and 63 cm wide. Such a scale can be regarded as a great work. It is very rare. The upper end of the map is light and light color painting. Almost all the vertical strokes of the vertical and vertical strokes create the towering peaks of the cliff and the seemingly waterfall of the valley. In the upper part of the next section, the ink color is a little heavy. In the pine forest, a blank space was deliberately reserved, which precisely portrayed three figures, forming a silhouette effect. The characters here are a clear pen. The two old people seem to be exploring the road of mountain climbing. It is not the mountain hanging waterfall for the top of the picture. Maybe other scenic spots, such as temples and monuments, are hidden in the rear of the mountain. All of these are of course the gift of nature, but the broad bosom, passion, momentum and depth of the gentleman. Thick education and extraordinary talent.
