明初葵口洗器形承龙自宋官窑器，但带同形圈足。此器形在永宣期间极受酷爱，除单色釉的例子外、青花的作例亦时有见闻。而宣德内云龙外团龙纹的葵口洗可算最具代表性。他们里面的纹饰通常一致：在洗中心绘以五爪游龙穿梭于祥云间的雄姿，棱壁上下各饰双圈蓝缐。外壁以二组上下相对及较小的团龙纹饰配合。
This form is very popular during the Yongxuan period. Besides the example of monochromatic glaze, the example of blue and white is also known. The Kwai Kok washing of the dragon's dragon pattern is the most representative. The ornamentation inside them is usually the same: in the wash center painted with five-clawed swimming dragons shuttling between the auspicious clouds, the edges of the walls are decorated with double circles of blue. The outer wall is composed of two groups of upper and lower relative and smaller group dragon ornamentation.
