本器喇叭形口，細長頸，溜肩鼓腹，圈足微外撇，整體造型挺拔修長，口部突出，腹部平滑，為典型元代玉壺春樣式。瓶身為四部分拼接而成，頸、肩、腹分別有三道接痕，胎體輕薄，青花發色灰黑，釉色白中泛青，時代特徵明顯。本器裝飾簡潔，僅繪一行龍，盤旋於器腹，龍體矯健，龍爪鋒利，昂首怒視，追逐火珠，龍身周圍點綴流雲數朵。整個畫面用筆粗獷流暢，寥寥數筆，卻生動傳神，氣勢磅礴。
